One Office Hour: Sprint
A focused 60-minute WhatsApp intensive via voice notes and/or text for one contained event question, challenge or decision.
Everything happens within the booked hour. You can send context, images, links or extracts during the session, but the time I spend reviewing them forms part of your 60 minutes. Documents are not reviewed beforehand.

One Office Hour: Clarity Call
A 60-minute video consultation for a more layered event idea, project or strategic challenge.
Includes:
a short pre-session questionnaire
advance review of one relevant document, up to 10 pages or 15 minutes of review time
a 60-minute video consultation
a brief follow-up email summarising key recommendations and next steps
Anything requiring more than 15 minutes of advance review should be booked as additional consulting or included within the live session. Please email if required.
Two Weeks of Office Hours
Focused strategic support to help you move an event idea or challenge forward quickly, with regular opportunities to test decisions, troubleshoot issues and maintain momentum.
Best for a defined project, decision or particularly active stage of event development.
Structure:
Two 30-minute sessions and one 15-minute check-in each week, delivered privately through WhatsApp voice notes and/or text and scheduled in advance.
150 mins total.
Four Weeks of Office Hours
Ongoing strategic counsel across a full month, giving you space to develop ideas, make decisions and respond to challenges as your event progresses.
Best for a more complex event or project that would benefit from consistent senior-level guidance across several stages.
Structure:
Two 30-minute sessions and one 15-minute check-in each week, delivered privately through WhatsApp voice notes and/or text and scheduled in advance.
300 minutes total.
All Office Hours and Minutes are scheduled in advance. These packages offer the stated amount of private consulting time and do not include unlimited messaging in between scheduled sessions.
